At KRVNCH, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

EU Consumers: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
